Standard UK Delivery
All orders should be expected to arrive within 2-5 working days, however delivery times are not guaranteed. All orders outside of our local delivery area are shipped using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
Shipping takes place Monday - Friday and any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday.
Local Delivery
Residents living within 5 miles of our Totnes store, simply select Local Delivery at the checkout. Once your order is placed, you will be contacted to notify you of a delivery day.
Please note, there are a limited number of local slots available; specific time requests are not possible.
Delivery instructions are provided at your own risk and discretion. The Potting Bench cannot accept liability for any parcels left in accordance with any specific instructions (e.g leave outside or with neighbour).
Click & Collect
Customers are able to collect their orders for free from our Totnes store. You will be sent a notification email once your order is ready to collect; please have this with you when you pop along to collect your order.
RETURN POLICY
Refund policy
Any measurements of plant height are taken from the base of the pot and are approximate measurements. As all plants are unique, whilst the pot size remains the same, there will be variations from one plant to the next.
We are unfortunately unable to accept the return of live plants. We ensure all of our plants are of a healthy standard upon leaving our shop; we are unable to accept liability for any care after they have left the premises.
We are happy to accept the return of other goods within 21 days of purchase and provided that they are in the same condition that they were sent in. We are unable to cover the cost of posting returns.
If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged parcel, please take photos before and after opening, to assist us with any claims.
